NINOR Kft. (registered seat: 1022 Budapest, Bimbó út 15., Hungary; company registration number: 13-09-233524; EU VAT number: HU32536595; hereinafter: “NINOR”, “we”, “us” or “our”) operates the website www.gymnastics.tv and its subdomains (hereinafter: the “Platform”).
Through the Platform we offer, free of charge to registered users, live and on-demand video coverage, where licensed, of the 2026 Artistic Gymnastics World Championships (hereinafter: the “Championships”), together with related information such as schedules, results and draw. The audiovisual coverage is distributed by NINOR under a licence granted by World Gymnastics, which is the owner of the official feed.
Governing agreement
These terms of use set out the agreement under which you may use the Platform and watch the Content. Please read them carefully before using the Platform. By using the Platform you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. To register an Account you must expressly accept these Terms during registration.
Important: because of the territorial nature of the broadcasting rights, the live streams of the Championships are not available in certain countries and territories. Please read Section 4 (Territorial availability and geo-blocking) before registering. Live data is available in worldwide (draw, running order, results).
1. Definitions
“NINOR”, “we”, “us”, “our”: NINOR Kft., the operator of the Platform and the party contracting with you under these Terms.
“You”: the individual user of the Platform.
“World Gymnastics”: the international federation governing the sport of gymnastics, the owner of the media rights in the Championships and the licensor of the Content to NINOR.
“Championships”: the 2026 Artistic Gymnastics World Championships, including its Qualifications and Finals.
“Qualifications”: the qualification sessions of the Championships, as defined in the official competition schedule.
“Finals”: all final sessions of the Championships (including the team, all-around and apparatus finals), as defined in the official competition schedule.
“Content”: the written, pictorial and audiovisual coverage of the Championships made available on the Platform, including Live Streams and, where licensed, on-demand replays.
“Live Stream”: the live transmission of a session of the Championships on the Platform.
“Restricted Territories”: the countries and territories listed in Section 4 in which all or part of the Content is not available.
“Account”: your personal user account on the Platform, which you need in order to watch the Content. Registration and use of the Account are free of charge.
“Device”: a compatible computer, tablet, smartphone or smart TV with internet access and an up-to-date web browser.
“Terms”: these terms of use, which govern the use of the Platform. The Terms are accompanied by our Privacy Notice (www.gymnastics.tv/privacy) and our Cookie Policy (www.gymnastics.tv/cookie-policy).
“Intellectual Property Rights”: patents, trademarks, copyrights, broadcasting and related rights, database rights and any other intellectual property rights, whether registered or unregistered.
2. Understanding the Terms
2.1 These Terms describe how you may access and use the Platform. The Platform is free of charge. Certain features (for example the competition schedule and general information) are available to all visitors, while the Live Streams and other Content are available only to registered users with an Account, in accordance with Section 6.
2.2 Defined terms are indicated by initial capitals and have the meanings given to them in Section 1.
2.3 Accessing the Platform requires a compatible Device with internet access. The Platform is designed to work with current versions of modern web browsers, including Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge. It is your responsibility to keep your Device, operating system and browser up to date. We are not responsible for compatibility problems caused by outdated hardware or software.
2.4 The Platform uses cookies in accordance with our Cookie Policy (www.gymnastics.tv/cookie-policy).
2.5 We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Notice (www.gymnastics.tv/privacy).
2.6 The Platform is available only as a website; there is no mobile or TV application.
3. Conditions of use and access
General
3.1 By using the Platform, you agree:
(a) not to use the Platform to create or distribute any product or service that competes with our services;
(b) to respect our Intellectual Property Rights and those of World Gymnastics and other third parties;
(c) not to record, capture (including by screen recording), download (except where the Platform expressly offers a download function), copy, re-stream, re-transmit, embed or otherwise make available any Content to any other person or on any other website, platform or social media channel;
(d) not to show the Content in public, including in bars, restaurants, hotels, clubs, gyms, cinemas, at public viewing events or in any other place open to the public, whether or not an entrance fee is charged;
(e) not to share your Account credentials with anyone else, and not to sell, rent or otherwise transfer your Account;
(f) not to modify, decompile (except as permitted by law), reverse-engineer or otherwise tamper with any software or digital rights management technology associated with the Platform;
(g) not to use automated or manual means to scrape, extract or harvest data or materials from the Platform, nor attempt to decode transmissions to or from our servers;
(h) not to use any technology or method to disguise your location or to circumvent the territorial restrictions described in Section 4;
(i) to use the Platform lawfully, in compliance with all applicable laws, including export control and sanctions laws; and
(j) not to take any action that could interfere with, disrupt or damage the Platform or any related software, network or equipment.
3.2 The Platform and the Content are intended solely for your personal, private and non-commercial use. Any commercial use, exploitation or public performance of the Content is expressly prohibited.
3.3 While we strive to provide uninterrupted access, we cannot guarantee it, and we reserve the right to suspend, remove or modify any part of the Platform without notice, subject to Section 5.6.
3.4 You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to access the Platform, and for ensuring that all persons who access the Platform through your Account or internet connection are aware of and comply with these Terms.
3.5 Information on the Platform is provided for general information only and does not constitute advice of any kind.
Viruses and security
3.6 We do not guarantee that the Platform will be secure or free from bugs or viruses. You are responsible for configuring your Device to access the Platform safely, including by using your own virus protection software.
3.7 You must not introduce viruses, malware or other harmful material to the Platform, nor attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform, its servers or databases. Attacks against the Platform may be reported to the relevant law enforcement authorities, and we will cooperate fully with them. Breach of this provision results in the immediate termination of your right to use the Platform.
4. Territorial availability and geo-blocking
4.1 The Content is made available on the Platform under a licence granted to NINOR by World Gymnastics. In certain countries and territories, the broadcasting rights to the Championships are held exclusively by other broadcasters. We are therefore contractually obliged to restrict access to the Content in those countries and territories (“geo-blocking”).
4.2 Qualifications. The Live Streams and any other Content of the Qualifications are not available in Romania.
4.3 Finals. The Live Streams and any other Content of the Finals are not available in the following countries and territories: Algeria, Argentina, Aruba, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Croatia, Cyprus, Costa Rica, Denmark, El Salvador, Germany, Greece, Guatemala, Hungary, Honduras, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Liechtenstein, Macau, Madeira, Mexico, Nicaragua, the Netherlands, the Netherlands Antilles, Panama, the People’s Republic of China, Portugal, Puerto Rico, the Russian Federation, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Spain, Switzerland, Türkiye, the Azores, the Canary Islands, the United States of America, the US Virgin Islands, Ukraine, Uruguay, Vatican City, and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, including the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man and British forces bases overseas.
4.4 Location is what counts. Whether you may watch a particular piece of Content is determined by the country or territory in which you are physically located at the time of viewing, as determined by the geolocation of your IP address. Your nationality, place of residence and the country in which you registered are not relevant. For example, if you registered in a country where the Finals are available, you may not watch the Finals while you are travelling in a Restricted Territory.
4.5 What you can watch. The Platform will indicate which parts of the Content are available in the location from which you are accessing it. If you are located in a Restricted Territory for the Finals (but not for the Qualifications), you will only be able to watch the Content that may be shown in that territory (for example, the Qualifications). Registering an Account does not entitle you to watch Content that is not available in your location.
4.6 No circumvention. You must not use, or attempt to use, any virtual private network (VPN), proxy server, DNS-based service, the Tor network, location-spoofing software or any other technology or method to disguise your location or to access Content that is not available in your location. We use technical measures to detect such methods and we may block access from IP addresses associated with them. If you circumvent or attempt to circumvent the geo-blocking, we may suspend or terminate your Account with immediate effect.
4.7 Accuracy of geolocation. Geolocation technology is not always fully accurate. If you believe that your location has been incorrectly identified, please contact us at hello@worldgymnastics.org and we will investigate. We may ask you to switch off any VPN or proxy service before we can assist.
4.8 Changes to the Restricted Territories. The list of Restricted Territories is determined by World Gymnastics and may change. We will publish any change on the Platform as soon as reasonably possible. As the Platform is free of charge, you have no claim against us if Content becomes unavailable in your location as a result.
4.9 Sanctions. We do not offer the Platform or the Content in countries, or to persons, subject to sanctions or embargoes under the laws of the European Union, the United Nations or other applicable sanctions regimes.
5. Access to Content
5.1 Without an Account, you may access certain information on the Platform, such as the competition schedule, results and news, if and to the extent offered.
5.2 Once you have registered and logged in to your Account, you may watch the Live Streams and other Content free of charge, subject to the territorial restrictions in Section 4. Where on-demand replays are offered, they will be available until further notice or for any shorter period permitted under our licence from World Gymnastics.
5.3 You may watch the Content on up to 2 Devices at the same time. We may limit the number of simultaneous streams and the number of Devices linked to an Account.
5.4 The quality of the stream may vary depending on factors such as your bandwidth and internet connection speed, and on the quality of the official feed provided by World Gymnastics, which we do not control.
5.5 Service interruptions or errors may occur, and maintenance or upgrades may occasionally require temporary downtime of the Platform.
5.6 Event availability. The schedule of the Championships is set by the organisers and may change at short notice. We are not liable for any delay, change, interruption or cancellation of any session of the Championships, or for the interruption or loss of the official feed, which are outside our control. You acknowledge that Content can only be made available if the relevant session takes place and the feed is delivered to us.
5.7 Future changes. The Platform is currently provided free of charge. If we introduce paid features in the future, we will inform you in advance, and they will be subject to separate terms that you will need to accept expressly. You will never be charged without your express prior agreement.
6. Your Account and password
6.1 You must register an Account to watch the Content. You can register with your email address and a password. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering and keep it up to date. You must be at least 16 years old to register; persons under 16 may register only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
6.2 You may close your Account at any time, free of charge, in your Account settings or by writing to hello@worldgymnastics.org. Closing your Account terminates the agreement between you and us under these Terms.
6.3 You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. Your Account is personal and may not be shared.
6.4 You must inform us immediately at hello@worldgymnastics.org if you suspect that your Account credentials have been compromised or that your Account is being used without your permission.
6.5 You are responsible for all activities carried out through your Account, except where these result from our failure to keep the Platform secure.
6.6 We may disable any Account or password if you have failed to comply with these Terms. We may also delete Accounts that have not been used for two years, after notifying you by email.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
7.1 We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive and revocable licence to access and use the Platform and to watch the Content on your Devices, strictly in accordance with these Terms. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.
7.2 All rights in the Content, including the official feed of the Championships, are owned by World Gymnastics and/or its licensors and are licensed to NINOR. The names, logos and trademarks of World Gymnastics and of the Championships are the property of World Gymnastics. All rights in the Platform itself, including its design, software and our own trademarks, are owned by or licensed to NINOR. These works are protected by international treaties and by copyright, broadcasting and other intellectual property laws.
7.3 Registering an Account does not give you any ownership or other rights in the Content or in any Intellectual Property Rights. It merely authorises you to watch the Content for your personal, non-commercial use.
7.4 Except as expressly permitted under these Terms or with the prior written consent of the relevant rights holder, you may not reproduce, copy, record, sell, resell, upload, republish, modify, transmit, distribute, communicate to the public or otherwise exploit the Platform or any Content, including any text, graphics, photographs, images, audio or video.
7.5 Any feedback, comments, ideas or suggestions you send us regarding the Platform (“Submissions”) are treated as non-confidential. You grant us an unrestricted, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use Submissions for the purpose of improving our services.
7.6 Unauthorised use of any trademark, logo or Content displayed on the Platform is prohibited and may violate copyright, trademark, broadcasting and other laws. We, World Gymnastics and other rights holders may take legal action against such infringements.
8. Suspension and termination
We are committed to maintaining a secure and lawful environment on the Platform.
8.1 If you breach these Terms, we may take any of the following actions, as appropriate to the breach:
(a) issue a warning to you, identifying the breach and the corrective action required;
(b) temporarily or permanently withdraw your right to use the Platform;
(c) suspend or terminate your Account;
(d) take legal action against you to recover costs and damages resulting from the breach, including reasonable administrative and legal costs;
(e) seek injunctive relief to prevent further breaches; and
(f) disclose information to law enforcement authorities or to World Gymnastics and other rights holders where reasonably necessary to investigate or address illegal activity or the infringement of their rights.
8.2 If we suspect that a breach has occurred, we may contact you to investigate the matter, and we expect your cooperation.
8.3 We may monitor usage patterns (such as simultaneous streams, unusual login locations or the use of VPN and proxy services) to detect unauthorised use, in accordance with our Privacy Notice.
8.4 If you become aware of any misuse of the Platform, such as illegal re-streaming of the Content, please report it to us at hello@worldgymnastics.org.
8.5 Following a suspension, we may restore your access at our discretion, which may be subject to conditions such as your assurance that the breach will not recur.
9. Our responsibility
9.1 The Platform is provided free of charge. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for damage to life, physical integrity or health, for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
9.2 These Terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Limitation of liability
9.3 The Platform is provided for your personal and non-commercial use only. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
(a) loss of profits, sales, business or revenue;
(b) business interruption;
(c) loss of anticipated savings;
(d) loss of business opportunity, goodwill or reputation; or
(e) any indirect or consequential loss or damage.
9.4 Subject to Section 9.1, and to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damage arising from the use of, or the inability to use, the Platform or the Content.
9.5 The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, including those of World Gymnastics, sponsors and partners. These links do not constitute an endorsement of those websites, and we are not responsible for their content.
9.6 Although we make reasonable efforts to keep the information on the Platform (such as schedules and results) accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee that it is complete, accurate or free from errors.
Disclaimers
9.7 The internet is not always a stable or reliable medium. We cannot guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, and we are not responsible for failures, delays or interruptions caused by high internet traffic, transmission problems, problems with the official feed or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
9.8 We may suspend access to all or part of the Platform for operational reasons such as maintenance or updates. We will attempt to restore access as soon as reasonably possible and will try to avoid doing so during Live Streams.
10. Changes to these Terms
10.1 We may amend these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in law, in our licence with World Gymnastics, in our services or other operational needs. We will notify you of significant changes on the Platform or by email.
10.2 If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you may close your Account at any time free of charge.
10.3 If you continue to use the Platform after the changes take effect, you will be bound by the amended Terms. Previous versions of these Terms are available on request.
11. Other important information
11.1 Severability. Each provision of these Terms operates separately. If any court or competent authority decides that any provision is unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
11.2 No waiver. If we do not insist that you perform any of your obligations under these Terms, or if we do not enforce our rights against you, this does not mean that we have waived our rights. Any waiver must be explicit and in writing.
11.3 Transfer. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another organisation. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms to another person.
11.4 Out-of-court dispute resolution. If you are a consumer and your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may turn to the conciliation board (békéltető testület) competent for your place of residence, or to the Budapest Conciliation Board (Budapesti Békéltető Testület; address: 1016 Budapest, Krisztina krt. 99., Hungary; email: bekelteto@bkik.hu; website: www.bekeltet.hu). Consumers resident in another EU Member State may also contact the European Consumer Centre in their country of residence. You may also file a complaint with the consumer protection authority competent for your place of residence.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
12.1 These Terms and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by Hungarian law.
12.2 The Hungarian courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform.
12.3 If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may bring proceedings either in the courts of Hungary or in the courts of the EU Member State in which you have your habitual residence, and we may bring proceedings against you only in the courts of the Member State in which you are domiciled.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms, including the choice of Hungarian law, deprives you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you have your habitual residence.
13. Contact, complaints and communication
13.1 If you have a question or a complaint, you can contact us in writing at any time:

13.2 We will investigate your complaint and respond in writing within 30 days of receipt.
13.3 If we need to contact you, we will do so by email to the address associated with your Account, so please keep it up to date. Emails are deemed delivered on the day they are sent unless we receive a delivery failure notice. Messages sent through social media channels (such as private messages or comments) are not official communication and have no binding effect on us.
